David Brad Hartman, P.E.
President / Manager
Brad has been with A.C. Schultes since 1985 and holds P.E. licenses in Maryland, Virginia, and New Jersey, and is a Master Well Driller in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and South Carolina. He started in the NJ office, spent 6 years in Delaware, and has led the Maryland office since it opened in 1993. Brad enjoys fishing, boating, and travel.
Brandon Chambers
Project Manager
Brandon holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Gannon University (2009) and has been with A.C. Schultes since 2010. He rose from helper to foreman to Project Manager, developing expertise in mechanical piping, tank inspection, well rehabilitation, and pump/motor replacement. Brandon enjoys rehabbing his historic Ellicott City home and spending time with family and friends.
John Gilman

John graduated from the University of Delaware in 1990 with a BA in Sociology and has worked for A.C. Schultes since 1992. His interests include painting, interior design, and fitness training.
