A.C. Schultes was founded in New Jersey in 1921 and our NJ headquarters remains the heart of the company. Home to our UL-approved pump and motor repair facility and experienced drilling division, our New Jersey team serves municipal utilities, engineering firms, contractors, and private clients across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and the surrounding region.
Meet the New Jersey Team
Gus Schultes IV, P.E.
President / Drilling Division Project Manager
Gus IV followed in his family’s footsteps to Penn State University, earning his BS in Civil Engineering in 1993. He played an integral role in forming the A.C. Schultes Motor and Pump Repair Shop in Thorofare, NJ, and became President of A.C. Schultes NJ in 2000 as the company expanded into the southern states.
Pete Schultes, P.E.
Pump Division Project Manager
Pete earned his Civil Engineering degree from Penn State and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey. He oversees the Motor & Pump repair facility and Pump Contracting Division from Woodbury Heights. Pete is also a NJ Licensed Well Driller and certified Vibration Analyst. He enjoys coaching soccer and skiing.
Mike Schultes, Esq.
Project Manager
Mike graduated from Lafayette College in 2012 with a degree in Geology and Environmental Science, then earned his law degree with a concentration in construction law. Before becoming Project Manager, he worked in the field as a pump technician and is a licensed pump installer in NJ. He enjoys sports, golf, and the beach.
Jeff Schultes
Project Manager / Sales
Jeff holds a BS in Construction Management from Drexel University and has been in the family business full time since 2004. A former field foreman, he now leads the Sales team. Jeff holds NJ Master Well Driller certification and a Delaware well driller license. He’s a Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys time with his wife and two children.
Jared Schultes, E.I.T.
Project Manager
Jared earned Civil Engineering and Engineering Leadership Development degrees from Penn State in 2023. He spent summers working as a driller helper, pump installer helper, and motor shop technician. In his free time he enjoys watching sports and skiing.
Eric Fox
Business Development / Sales
(PA / DE Region)
Eric earned his BS in Business Administration from Widener University and has been with A.C. Schultes for over 25 years, covering all sales territories. He is a member of various industry associations and a past Section Chairman of the Water Works Operators Assoc. of PA. Eric enjoys guitar, music, and anything mechanical.
Rick Hill
Business Development / Sales (Southern NJ Region)
Rick holds a BS and MS in Ceramic Science & Engineering from Rutgers (1989). After 18 years in the chemical industry, he joined A.C. Schultes and has become deeply involved in associations including the South Jersey Water Professionals. Rick is an avid golfer who enjoys biking, landscaping, and the outdoors.
