Jory Oursler

Jory grew up on the Delmarva Peninsula and has worked in the irrigation industry since 2008. He brings deep expertise in design, estimating, installation, and maintenance of well and pump systems. Jory joined A.C. Schultes of Delaware, Inc. in February 2021 and was named President the same year. He enjoys golf, fishing, hunting, sporting events, and spending time with his young family.

Rick earned a B.S. in Business Management from Penn State University in 2000. He joined the family business in 2001 and has over 20 years of experience in the well and pump industry. Rick enjoys car shows, boating, Penn State football, and time with family and friends.

Mike joined A.C. Schultes in 1987 and advanced through leadership roles including Sales Manager, Vice President, General Manager, and President. He is active in multiple water industry associations and has served his community for over 30 years. Mike enjoys time with family, friends, and grandchildren.

Bill earned his A.A.S. in Criminal Justice from Delaware Technical & Community College. He has been a technical sales consultant with A.C. Schultes since 1994, specializing in agricultural, municipal, industrial, and commercial markets. Bill enjoys fishing, boating, and family time.
