David Brad Hartman, P.E.
President / Manager
Brad has been with A.C. Schultes since 1985. During this time he has acquired P.E. licenses in Maryland, Virginia,
and New Jersey. He is also a Master well driller in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and South Carolina. Brad started
his career in our NJ office followed by 6 years in the Delaware office. He has been in Maryland since ’93 when the
facility first opened. After 7 years of heading the Production department, he was promoted to Manager. Other
interests include fishing, boating and travel.
Brandon Chambers
Project Manager
Brandon is a 2009 Gannon University graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has been with A.C. Schultes
since 2010. During his employment, he has risen from a helper, to a foreman, to his current position as PM. Brandon
has grown his experience in mechanical piping, tank inspection, well rehabilitations, and pump/motor replacement.
During down time Brandon enjoys rehabbing his historic house in Ellicott City and spending time with family and friends.
John Gilman

John graduated from the University of Delaware in 1990 with a BA in Sociology. He has worked for A.C. Schultes since 1992.
John’s interests include painting, interior design, and fitness training.
