President \/ Drilling Division Project Manager<\/p>\n

\n Gus IV followed in his mother and father\u2019s footsteps to Penn State University. He received his BS in Civil
\n Engineering in 1993 knowing he would become a member of the family business. Gus played an integral role in
\n the formation of the A.C. Schultes Motor and Pump Repair Shop in Thorofare, NJ. In 2000, as A.C. Schultes Inc.
\n continued to grow and expand into the southern states, Gus was afforded the opportunity to become President of
\n A.C. Schultes NJ.\n <\/p>\n<\/article>\n

Pete Schultes, P.E.<\/h3>\n

Pump Division Project Manager<\/p>\n

\n Pete earned his Civil Engineering degree from Penn State University and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in
\n the State of New Jersey. He oversees both our Motor & Pump repair facility along with our Pump Contracting
\n Division out of the Woodbury Heights office. Pete is also a New Jersey Licensed Well Driller and a certified
\n Vibration Analyst. When away from work, he enjoys coaching soccer and skiing.\n <\/p>\n<\/article>\n

Mike Schultes, Esq.<\/h3>\n

Project Manager<\/p>\n

\n Mike graduated from Lafayette College in 2012 with a degree in Geology and Environmental Science and then went
\n on to earn his law degree with a concentration in construction law. Prior to his current role as Project Manager,
\n Mike worked in the field as a pump technician and is a licensed pump installer in the State of New Jersey.
\n In his free time, he likes watching sports, playing golf, and going to the beach.\n <\/p>\n<\/article>\n

Jeff Schultes<\/h3>\n

Project Manager \/ Sales<\/p>\n

\n Jeff holds his BS in Construction Management from Drexel University. Once a field foreman and current head of the
\n Sales team, Jeff has been in the family business full time since 2004. He has certification as a New Jersey
\n Master Well Driller and is a licensed well driller in Delaware. Jeff is a huge Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys
\n going to games and spending time with his wife and 2 children.\n <\/p>\n<\/article>\n

Project Manager<\/p>\n

\n Jared Schultes earned his Civil Engineering and Engineering Leadership Development degrees from Penn State
\n University in 2023. He worked as a driller helper, pump installer helper, and motor shop technician in his summers
\n home from school. In his free time he enjoys watching sports and skiing.\n <\/p>\n<\/article>\n

\n Eric earned his BS in Business Administration from Widener University. With over 25 years at A.C. Schultes,
\n Eric has covered all sales territories for the company. He is a member of various industry associations and was
\n last year\u2019s Section Chairman of the Water Works Operators Assoc. of PA. In his spare time, Eric enjoys playing
\n guitar, listening to music, and working on anything mechanical.\n <\/p>\n

\n Rick graduated from Rutgers in 1989 with a BS and MS in the specialized discipline of Ceramic Science &
\n Engineering. After 18 years in the chemical industry focused on coatings for glass products, Rick joined
\n A.C. Schultes to learn a new industry. Over the last 8 years, Rick has become deeply involved in several
\n associations, including the South Jersey Water Professionals. He is an avid golfer, and also enjoys biking,
\n landscaping, and being outside.\n <\/p>\n
